We have three graduate opportunities for individuals who want to build a long‑term career in data, analytics, and commercial decision‑making.
As a Graduate Data & Insights Analyst, you’ll play a key role in helping the business make smarter, data‑driven decisions. You’ll learn how to transform complex data into clear insights, spot emerging trends, and tell compelling data stories that influence real outcomes. From day one, you’ll be supported to gain hands‑on experience with industry‑leading tools such as SAS Viya and Tableau, while working closely with experienced analysts and stakeholders across the business.

What will your day look like?
1. Learn how to extract, clean and analyse data to uncover trends and insights
2. Create clear, engaging dashboards and reports using SAS, Tableau and other BI tools
3. Work with colleagues across the business to understand reporting needs and deliver meaningful MI
4. Present insights in a simple, compelling way to support decision‑making
5. Help maintain data quality and support data models and reporting processes
6. Get involved in ad‑hoc analysis, small projects and data requests
7. Stay curious and up to date with new tools, techniques and best practices in analytics
This role is designed to grow with you, offering increasing responsibility as your skills develop.
What do we expect from you?
This role is ideal for graduates who are eager to learn and passionate about data. You don’t need prior industry experience, just the right mindset and motivation. You’ll bring:
8. A degree in a quantitative or analytical subject (e.g. Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science), graduating 2024, 2025 or 2026
9. A genuine interest in data, problem‑solving and business analytics
10. Strong numerical and analytical skills
11. A basic understanding of data or programming concepts (such as SQL, Python, R - academic or self‑taught)
Desirable, but not essential:
12. Exposure to SAS, Tableau or other BI tools (through university projects, online learning or self‑study)
13. Experience working with datasets via coursework, research projects, internships or part‑time roles
Training and development will be provided, and no prior industry experience is required.
