The hours for this role are 30 per week Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday core hours 0800-1600 with flexibility
The Integrated Services Department provides a varied Facilities services across Stobhill ACH, Stobhill Mental Health (Forensic, Adolescent, Adult/Older Persons and Addictions Recovery Services) New Victoria ACH, WGACH, and Community locations across the North and East of Glasgow and East Dunbartonshire. The community locations includes 3 Ambulance Stations, Decontamination Unit, 12 Health Centres and 8 resource centres with approximately 360 staff
This role will support the Supervisory team managing staff cleaning patient areas including isolation cleaning due to infection, clinical and non-clinical departments, offices and administration areas to comply with national standards of cleanliness, providing patient catering at ward level, patient and mop laundering, curtain changing and messenger services within various health care environments.
Responsibilities will include for example, managing all aspects of manpower, (conduct, attendance management, developing staff etc) allocating staff resources, auditing of services, input payroll information, plan and carry out staff training, liaise with service users and department leads, ensuring compliance with reports, training requirements and attend meetings as required. The post holder will also be required to carry out facilities tasks when necessary

Previous Domestic Services Supervisory experience preferred required to support the Supervisory team as necessary
