What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Lead, mentor, and develop the Sales and Lettings teams Oversee the day-to-day operation of the branch Win sales and lettings instructions across all market levels Manage the full client journey from valuation and appraisal through to completion and move-in Drive revenue growth and achieve sales and lettings targets Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance management Build strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and the local community Ensure compliance with all relevant sales and lettings regulations What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Proven experience in residential Sales and Lettings Strong track record in valuations and market appraisals Demonstrated leadership and team management skills Commercially focused with a results-led approach High standards of customer service and client care Confident, professional, and well-presented Self-motivated with strong organisational skills Local knowledge of Leytonstone (advantageous) Full UK driving licence essential What's In It For You?
