Job Overview
The Marketing Coordinator provides day-to-day coordination of marketing tasks and projects, ensuring both internal and external stakeholders deliver according to agreed timescales and costs.
Responsibilities
1. Support administrative tasks in marketing campaigns, proofread marketing literature, and conduct logistics coordination.
2. Update the project management tool to ensure all projects are input, up to date, and on track.
3. Support organic social media efforts by posting approved content.
4. Liaise with external vendors to ensure timely completion and receipt of materials.
5. Coordinate and plan marketing events.
Qualifications
* Prior experience as a personal assistant, administrative assistant, coordinator, or relevant role.
* Strong data entry skills.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
* High attention to detail and strong communication skills.
* Interest or experience in marketing is preferred.
