Your mission at Birdie: Architecting AI Solutions for Enhanced Care

As a Staff AI Engineer, you will develop and scale product launches, building on our unique data set and latest advancements in generative and symbolic AI. You will design, develop, and maintain applied AI solutions that optimize workflows for our partners, working closely with product teams to improve care quality and efficiency.

* Develop and Deploy AI Solutions: Design, build, and deploy scalable AI products to address critical home care challenges.
* Analyze and Optimize User Workflows: Use AI to analyze workflows and identify optimization opportunities, ensuring solutions meet user needs and deliver measurable improvements.
* Build and Maintain AI Infrastructure: Architect and manage robust AI infrastructure, integrating models into our platform and ensuring seamless data flow using AWS SageMaker/Vertex AI.
* Evaluate Emerging Technologies: Research and implement cutting-edge AI tech, including generative AI and reinforcement learning, to enhance platform capabilities.
* Build Evaluation and Testing Frameworks: Collaborate with product and design teams to define evaluation methodologies and validation approaches for AI products.
* Collaborate and Share Knowledge: Work with data engineering, infrastructure, and product teams, contributing to documentation and knowledge-sharing.
* Uphold Ethical AI Practices: Ensure all AI solutions adhere to high standards of data privacy, safety, and fairness.

What are the benefits?
