Primary Objectives for the Purchase Ledger Clerk's work will be: -
* Processing invoices using the E5 POP system
* Processing Utility Invoices
* Query resolution with both suppliers and contract managers and admin around the business
* Statement reconciliations
* Allocating DD payments
* Maintaining aged creditors ledger
* Supplier payment runs and Expense Payment runs
* Plus other ad-hoc duties
