Join Our Team as a Community Connector!

Are you passionate about making a difference in people's lives? We're looking for a dynamic and compassionate individual to join our Recovery & Aftercare team. As a Community Connector, you'll play a crucial role in supporting clients on their journey to independent living.

What's in it for you?

* Location: Various - Countywide across Gloucestershire
* Hours: 35 hours per week (to include one evening per week plus one additional evening per month)
* Salary: £25,000 per annum
* Benefits: 25 days holiday plus statutory, 6% employer pension contribution

Your Role:

* Bridge the gap between structured treatment and aftercare
* Provide compassionate support to help clients overcome obstacles
* Develop personalised recovery plans and connect clients to essential services
* Facilitate group sessions and community events
* Advocate for clients and reduce stigma around addiction and recovery

What We Need:

* Experience in substance misuse support and recovery
* Strong understanding of recovery capital and safeguarding procedures
* Excellent communication and IT skills
* A warm, friendly demeanor and a can-do attitude
* A car driver with a willingness to travel across Gloucestershire
