Salt have partnered with one of the UK's best known D2C subscription businesses in the UK who provide their loyal customer base access to a global marketplace built on independent, sustainable providers globally.
They are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the team in order to own various key customer journeys and integrations across Search, Merchandising, Loyalty and rewards.

Here is some key experience they're looking for:
* Experience working on Search or Merchandising for an ecommerce business.
* Examples of working with teams to create best in class search & Merch experience.
* A good understanding of data in driving decision making.
* Retail or ecommerce experience would be ideal
* A 'can do' attitude, comfortable questioning the why and a positive and energetic approach to team collaboration.
* Bonus points if you've worked in loyalty and rewards as this is next up on the roadmap for this hire.
This is a hybrid role with flexibility around days in the office, preferably one or two would be ideal, but they're pragmatic in their approach to this.
You'll go through 3 interviews, an informal chat with the Head of Product, a case study interview with their and HoP and Head of Design and a final interview with their Chief Digital Officer.
