Pay Rate: £162 - £251 per day

At term time teachers, we are seeking an excellent part time food technology teacher to join the food technology department at an independent school. As a food technology teacher you will be working as part of a supportive, dynamic team which is constantly enabling children to excel in their learning and achieve excellent results.
The Role: Food Technology Teacher
This is a great opportunity for a skilled Food Technology Teacher to join the school on a part time, fixed-term basis from ideally September. As a Food Technology Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons that develop students' understanding and practical skills in food technology across Key Stages 3 to 5.
Key responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality teaching of Food Technology to students up to Year 13.
Plan, prepare, and assess engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that motivates students.
Maintain effective communication with parents and carers as required.Requirements for the Food Technology Teacher:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
Strong knowledge of the curriculum up to KS5
Experience relating to the job role
Enhanced DBS certificate on the update service.
Right to Work in the UK.
Ability to provide two professional references from within the last two years.Benefits:
