About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to a Director within a leading residential property developer based in East London.
This is a pivotal role requiring a proactive, professional, and discreet individual who can manage a fast-paced workload, support key business priorities, and act as a trusted gatekeeper and liaison for the Director across multiple projects and teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support to the Director.
* Manage and prioritise the Director’s diary, emails, and travel arrangements, ensuring efficient use of time.
* Prepare and coordinate reports, presentations, and correspondence to a high professional standard.
* Arrange and support internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation, minute taking, and follow-up actions.
* Liaise with internal teams, external stakeholders, and senior management on behalf of the Director.
* Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive business information.
* Support project administration, document control, and ensure key deadlines are met.
* Assist in the organisation of company events, board meetings, and site visits as required.
* Provide general administrative support to the wider senior leadership team when necessary.
About You
* Proven experience as a PA or Executive Assistant, ideally within property, construction, or a corporate environment.
* Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
* Confident managing multiple priorities and working to tight deadlines.
* Highly professional, proactive, and able to work discreetly with sensitive information.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic business environment.
