Contact Centre Sales Advisor – Cardiff (Hybrid)

Salary: £25,120 per year + performance incentives (average £4,900)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, shifts between 8:30–20:00 (including evenings and weekends)
Working Pattern: Hybrid after training
About the Role
This position is based in a fast-paced contact centre environment, handling inbound calls from existing customers who are considering cancelling services. You’ll use strong communication and listening skills to understand concerns, offer tailored solutions, and help customers stay, while working towards clear performance targets.
What You’ll Do
* Handle inbound retention calls from existing customers
* Build rapport and understand customer needs
* Offer suitable packages and solutions
* Work in a target-driven environment
* Follow allocated shift patterns (with preferences considered)
* Occasionally work up to 5 extra hours during peak times, which can be banked as time off
Training & Development
A structured 7-week, in-office training programme (Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm) covers systems, products, and live-call support. No annual leave can be taken during this period.
