Service Leader – Responsibilities
Guide a team of support workers and help adults with learning disabilities, autism, and physical disabilities settle into their new homes and thrive. Responsibilities include day‑to‑day routines and personal care, planning activities and holidays, providing safe, high‑quality care, driving performance, setting pace and direction, promoting a positive and passionate culture, ensuring the service is appropriately resourced, and leading an engaged and motivated team to deliver person‑centred outcomes.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you’ll hold a relevant professional qualification, such as:
* NVQ Level 3 or above - Desirable
