We have a strong Multi-disciplinary team withANPs, Triage nurses, Treatment room team as well as additional PCN rolessupporting the daily service we provide.
We run a total triage system using Accurx with15 minute telephone and 15 minute face-to-face appointments. Ourfantastic triage team run daily minor illness/triage clinics, and lead theMinor Injuries Service in our well-equipped Treatment Room. Our Nursing Homeward rounds are completed by a dedicated ACP and GP partners. Visiting rate islow. We have a full team of Admin staff including GPAs via our PCN. We are fullyengaged with our functioning Primary Care Network, which provides, remote GPfor medication reviews, Physiotherapists, Social Prescribers, child and youngperson and adult mental health workers amongst others.
