Position
The Operations Manager supports the Store Manager in all activities related to Store Operations, such as stock management, logistics, cashier operations, training coordination, staff planning, and store maintenance.
Job Responsibilities
1. Store Operations: Maintain communication with EMEA Retail Operation Team, store management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper store functioning. Coordinate activities not related to sales. Analyze procedures and optimize processes. Support daily morning briefings.
2. Stock Management: Coordinate the stock team to maintain accurate inventory of products, materials, supplies, and tools. Review logistics and product movements. Coordinate e-shop picking activities and ensure KPIs are met.
3. Cash Procedures and Cashier Operations: Oversee cashier procedures, support training on new processes, and ensure team performance aligns with luxury brand standards. Manage customer reclaim and after-sales guidelines as a Brand Ambassador.
4. Store Administration: Manage back-office activities, ensure adherence to company guidelines, oversee routine maintenance respecting Italian law, and handle travel, expenses, and uniform management.
Profile
* Min. 3-5 years in a managerial role in Operations.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Experience in luxury retail.
* Solid communication skills.
* Fluent in English.
