Opportunity:
You’ll join at a pivotal moment as the company builds out a scalable go-to-market model. The sales team already generates solid inbound and outbound meetings but needs an ambitious SDR to help double this. With a huge amount of untapped data and agency leads to explore, this is a role where curiosity, creativity, and ownership are rewarded.
Your Role:
* Drive outbound campaigns to book meetings with senior HR and L&D leaders at international companies
* Partner closely with senior sales leadership, marketing, and founders on commercial strategy
* Bring ideas and processes to improve outreach, messaging, and efficiency
* Own your time and results, with trust and autonomy to get things done your way
* Work towards monthly meeting-booked targets while preparing for progression into AE or commercial roles
What You Bring:
* Minimum 12+ months SDR experience (SaaS preferred, but strong BD backgrounds also considered)
* Strong communication skills and high emotional intelligence
* Self-starter mindset - accountable, proactive, and happy to own your results
* Coachability, adaptability, and openness to using new tools and tech
* Critical thinking and problem-solving skills that stand out in conversations
