At CHBL, transactions span Central London, working with both domestic and international clients across resale homes and brand-new developments. A significant part of our client base is international, and Mandarin is regularly used in our day-to-day sales operations. This position sits at the heart of the sales journey. From offer agreed through to completion, you will work closely with an ambitious, driven sales team to keep transactions moving smoothly. The role involves coordinating sales progression, maintaining clear communication between buyers, sellers, solicitors, developers, and internal teams, and ensuring nothing is missed. Responsiveness and accuracy are essential, and Mandarin will be used when liaising with certain clients and stakeholders. This is about working with the team, sharing the momentum, and contributing to successful outcomes together.
The role will suit someone who enjoys being part of a winning team and takes pride in reliability, attention to detail, and clear communication. Experience in property sales administration is ideal, but candidates with legal, conveyancing, or strong administrative backgrounds will also be well suited. Fluency in Mandarin and English is required for this role. You should be comfortable managing multiple files, resolving issues calmly, and working with different personalities.
