Overview
We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Executive to join our small personal injury legal practice to drive engagement across our social media profiles (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.
Responsibilities
* Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
* Create compelling content tailored to each platform, including text, images, and videos that resonate with our target audience.
* Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities, responding promptly to inquiries and comments.
* Work closely with the firm's director and other team members to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and objectives.
* Analyse performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of social media initiatives, providing insights for continuous improvement.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.
* Assist in managing public relations efforts by crafting press releases and coordinating outreach initiatives.
Requirements
* Proven experience in social media management, preferably within a marketing or communications role.
* Strong understanding of public relations principles and practices.
* Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
* Proficiency in using various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn) and analytics tools.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated and proactive.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
The role is a part-time role starting at 2 days a week working from our office in Department Bonded Warehouse in Manchester. Our office hours are 9am to 5pm Mon to Fri.

Pay: From £12.21 per hour
