We are looking for a confident and organised Customer Service & Aftersales Administrator to join an established business in the heating and manufacturing sector. This is a great role for someone who enjoys problem-solving, speaking with customers, and supporting internal teams.
What you’ll be doing
You will be working in the sales office providing support to the customer service & aftersales operations, including:
* Managing returns and aftersales activity (returns portal & dashboard)
* Handling NCRs
* Communicating with customers via email and phone
* Supporting internal departments to resolve queries
* Providing excellent customer care and aftersales support Aftersales Role JD
