An exciting opportunity has arisen with Ocean Housing Group for a permanent, full-time, Head of Repairs and Planned Services within our Property Services team.
Role Overview
As a member of the Senior Management Team, you will support the strategic leadership of the property services function, developing and delivering priorities and financial objectives for high-quality day-to-day repairs and planned maintenance services. Your responsibilities include planning and implementing a cost-efficient, customer-focused repair and maintenance strategy that meets or exceeds company objectives and customer service standards.
You will oversee all aspects of the maintenance, repairs, and estates management budget, monitoring and reporting expenditure to ensure effective budget management. Continuous service improvement will be driven through developing robust plans and utilizing customer feedback to enhance satisfaction.
Qualifications and Experience
* Degree level education or equivalent.
* Membership or eligibility for membership of a professional institute such as CIOB or RICS.
* Senior management experience in property maintenance and planned functions management.
* Experience in managing major modernisation and repair programmes.
* Proven ability to manage budgets and resources, develop strategic plans, and lead projects.
