The Role (Mobile & Site Opportunities Available)
* Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of forklift trucks and material handling equipment
* Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults
* Conduct LOLER inspections and ensure all equipment meets compliance standards
* Complete thorough safety checks and pre‑delivery inspections (PDI)
* Carry out outbreakdowns and reactive maintenance, minimising customer downtime
* Manage your own workload and service schedule effectively (mobile roles)
* Accurately complete service reports, job sheets, and compliance documentation
* Liaise with parts departments to ensure correct parts are ordered and fitted
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
* Provide a high level of customer service, representing the business professionally at all times

What We're Looking For
* Experience as a Forklift Engineer, Plant Engineer, or similar
* Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic ability
* Experience or knowledge of LOLER inspections (preferred)
* Ability to work independently and manage workload
* Full UK driving licence (for mobile roles)
* A professional, reliable, and customer‑focused attitude
