The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the fastest growing companies in the industry. Working from our Bridgwater site in Somerset, we are looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our Warehouse Team.
Your Responsibilities
1. Working to ensure smooth running of warehouse.
2. Maintaining general warehouse operating procedures, such as good housekeeping, stock rotation, filling out GRM accurately, daily machinery maintenance, wearing correct PPE, correctly completing all company paperwork etc.
3. Ensuring stock is kept in allocated locations or giving advice when changes are made.
4. Following accurate picking/ booking in procedures.
5. Picking, packing and checking Sales Orders correctly prior to dispatch.
6. Assisting with rolling and quarterly stock takes.
7. Adhere to Health & Safety regulations at all times.
Standard working hours
8. 14.00 to 22.00hrs Monday to Thursday with 30-minute unpaid break.
9. 12.00 to 20.00hrs Friday with 30-minute unpaid break.
Your Profile
10. Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
11. Must hold a valid Forklift certificate or Counterbalance.
12. A valid pivot steer and Man- up order picker certificate would be beneficial.
13. Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, accuracy and precision.
14. Excellent communication skills.
15. Demonstrate a positive “can do” attitude.
16. Ability to work in a small team, as well as using an own initiative.
