Job Description
As a Program/Campaign Activation Manager, you will manage the execution and reporting of campaigns delivered by our client’s Brand Partnership Studio. You will ensure that every project runs smoothly from concept to completion, delighting clients with exceptional organisational skills and business acumen.
Responsibilities
* Lead the Charge: Oversee the execution, management, and quality control of all custom solution projects, ensuring client satisfaction, meeting deadlines, and delivering within budget.
* Collaborate Creatively: Source, contract, and supervise content creators for campaigns, ensuring every element resonates with audiences across digital, mobile, and social platforms.
* Coordinate with Confidence: Work alongside cross‑functional partners at all stages of each project to foster collaboration and maintain workflow.
* Advise with Authority: Guide clients with production recommendations, identifying risks and challenges while presenting viable solutions.
Qualifications
* Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish; additional EU languages are a plus.
* Minimum of several years in Marketing, Advertising, Gaming, or a related field with proven campaign‑management experience from inception to delivery.
* Strong understanding of industry nuances and ability to navigate challenges efficiently.
* Experience coordinating with content creators, cross‑functional teams, and production processes.
