Salary: Competitive base + uncapped commission
Hours: Full-time or part-time, rota-based (including evenings & weekends)

What You’ll Do
6. Handle inbound calls, web enquiries & follow-up leads
7. Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
8. Guide customers through sign-up and onboarding with clarity and care
9. Ensure compliance with data protection and payment regulations
10. Support retention through care-check calls and proactive follow-ups

Bonus points for:
14. Experience in healthcare, telecoms, insurance, or subscription services
