You will coach, motivate, and lead a talented team of Sales Consultants to achieve ambitious sales targets - all while delivering an outstanding customer journey from first enquiry to full occupancy. You will lead with clarity, energy, and precision, setting the standard at every stage. Working closely with Construction, Development, Marketing, and Your McCarthy Stone teams, you will ensure seamless collaboration and flawless delivery. You will take ownership of site presentation, pricing packs, and marketing materials - making sure every detail reflects our brand and lifestyle promise. Your Attributes Sales Leadership: Proven track record of leading, managing and coaching a high performing Sales Teams and delivering target driven results CRM & Systems Expertise: Deep understanding of Salesforce (or similar CRM) and data-led decision-making Collaborative Communicator: Confident engaging with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels, including Sales, Marketing, Services and Build.
