Job Description
Our client is a medium sized multi-disciplinary consultancy with offices throughout the UK. \n \nDue to an increase in their current work load they are looking for either a newly chartered Building Surveyor or a Senior Building Surveyor to join their current team based in Leeds. \n \nThe successful candidate will be working on a wide and varied range of building surveying disciplines in a commercial environment with an enviable and national client base.
\n \nRole/Responsibilities \n \n- Contract administration \n- Technical Due Diligence \n- Building Pathology \n- General building surveying commercial work in line with a Chartered Building Surveyor role \n\nSkills/Experience \n \n- Degree in Building Surveying \n- Ideally MRICS or the relevant level of experience \n- Excellent and accurate report writing skills \n- Experience of working in a pro-active commercial environment \n- Sound knowledge of building contracts in a commercial context \n\nYou will have the opportunity to gain more autonomy, build client relationships and have the potential to specialise in a chosen area as you progress through your career. \n \nYou will be part of a flexible and very supportive environment with great opportunities for career progression. \n \nMy client is prepared to be flexible with the salary to attract the right level of candidate for this key role.
