🌟 About the RoleA well-established Alternative Provision / PRU setting in Willenhall is seeking 3 Primary and 3 Secondary Teaching Assistants & Behaviour Mentors to join their dedicated team. 🧠 Key Responsibilities
Provide tailored academic and emotional support to pupils with SEMH needs
Assist in delivering structured learning activities under teacher guidance
Support behaviour management strategies and promote a calm, respectful environment
Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils and staff
Collaborate with families and external agencies to support pupil progress✅ Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience working with children or young people in SEN, PRU, SEMH, or pastoral roles
Calm, empathetic, and resilient approach to behaviour and emotional needs
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Relevant qualifications (e.g., TA Level 2/3, youth work, mentoring) are desirable but not essential
