Theyre looking for an experienced Catering Operations Manager to take the reins of their busy food and beverage operation. Leading a team of up to 30 during peak service, youll be at the heart of it all, overseeing daily logistics, fine-tuning operations, and shaping the future of their offering.

* £45,000 per annum
* Working 45 hours per week
* Working 5 days a week, including weekends, evenings and bank holidays

Responsibilities as the Catering Operations Manager
* Leading and motivating the food & beverage team to deliver exceptional service across all areas.
* Overseeing rotas, event operations, and day-to-day logistics to ensure smooth running.
* Managing stock levels, supplier relationships, and cost control with a sharp commercial eye.
* Upholding the highest standards of cleanliness, compliance, and food safety.
* Working closely with the Head of F&B to develop strategy, elevate the guest experience, and grow revenue.
