Responsibilities • Leading mechanical building services design across multiple project stages • Developing system strategies and detailed technical solutions • Carrying out thermal and comfort analysis • Coordinating with multidisciplinary design teams and stakeholders • Producing and reviewing technical drawings, reports and specifications • Supporting and mentoring junior engineers • Managing project delivery to programme and budget • Contributing towards sustainable and low-carbon design strategies About You • Mechanical Building Services consultancy experience • Strong technical design capability across a variety of sectors • Experience delivering complex projects • Chartered Engineer status (IMechE/CIBSE) or working towards Chartership • Understanding of sustainable building design and energy performance • Experience with tools such as IES for energy modelling is advantageous • Strong communication and project coordination skills Why Apply?
