Product & Tech Key Responsibilities: Plan and run customer interviews and usability tests to uncover user pain points and validate design solutions. Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for our core product. Take ownership of our Figma library, building a robust UI kit of reusable components to ensure product consistency and speed up development. Work side-by-side with product managers and engineers to iterate on designs and ship high-quality features. Marketing Key Responsibilities: Design and produce a wide range of assets, including print materials (flyers, posters), PowerPoint decks, and digital/physical event design. Create, test, and maintain responsive email templates and campaign-specific designs. Design and optimise our marketing website and landing pages, focusing on improving user journeys, conversion rates, and visual engagement. About you: An adaptable designer who is comfortable across the full design spectrum. Your portfolio should demonstrate a strong background in both product design (UX/UI, research) and marketing design (branding, print, campaign assets). You have a passion for talking to users and have hands-on experience with user interviews and usability testing. You are an expert in Figma and have experience building and maintaining component-based design systems. You have strong experience designing websites and landing pages, with a solid understanding of conversion-driven design and web user journeys. You can clearly articulate your design decisions to engineers, marketers, and leadership. As our first designer, you are highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing your time across two teams and multiple priorities.
