Administrator & Customer Support
Salary: £26,500 P/A plus some fantastic benefits
Portsmouth, Hampshire
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Please note, this is a Fixed Term Contract until Mid May 2026, with potential to be extended or made permanent for the right candidate.
Dynamite Recruitment is working in partnership for a well established award winning business who are based in Portsmouth.
Due to expansion plans our client is looking for an administrator to join a specialist team on a fixed term contract initially
As an Administrator/Customer Support you will be responsible for:
Handling various customer queries, via telephone and email.
Working closely with a specialist department.
Updating the internal CRM with relevant data.
Liaising with suppliers, to ensure a smooth ordering process.
Checking orders
Invoicing
Coordinator product collection and delivery.
Build lasting professional relationships with suppliers, to negotiate pricing on materials.
Supporting management with administration.
Work towards KPIs and targets.
Ideally, you will have/be:
Strong analytical skills.
Excellent numerical skills.
Good communication skills and experience.
Previous experience in an administrative role.
Proven success working towards targets.
Strategic and able to problem solve.
Good negotiating abilities.
