We are a theatrical live event held in Ascot, honouring and celebrating the wonderment of childhood through our magical world.
In 2007, when the magical door first opened into Lapland, Mike and Alison Battle who were parents to four young boys felt compelled to create a truly magical experience that reflected the value they placed in their children's fleeting belief in Father Christmas. Fifteen years and a million visitors later the ambition remains the same, the continued success of the business and rapid pace of growth is underpinned by the commitment to support families in savouring and celebrating this most precious moment as they travel through their children's childhood led by the creative inspiration of Mike and Alison.
Role Overview
As a Food & Beverage Assistant at Lapland UK, you'll be part of the team bringing the magic of Christmas to life, working across our festive food outlets to ensure every guest has a memorable experience. Your role will include:
* Serving guests at the tills and handling payments efficiently
* Running food and drinks to families in a timely and friendly manner
* Maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming service areas
* Interacting warmly with children and adults to enhance their visit
* Supporting the wider team to keep operations running smoothly
