Menzies Distribution Solutions are looking for a Warehouse Administrator to join our team in East Kilbride. The purpose of the role is to provide general administrative and logistical support services for the overall efficient running of the depot. This position provides key information and support to the management team and will involve collaboration with the Admin Supervisor/Manager.

* Salary: £29,000 / £13.12 per hour
* Shift: Monday - Friday days
* Hours: 42.5 per week
* Working Hours: 06:00‑15:00 / 07:00‑16:00 / 08:00‑17:00 / 09:00‑18:00

Key Duties and Accountabilities
* Working closely with other members of the team to fully understand customer and supplier requirements and expectations
* Dealing with customer enquiries
* Handling procurement needs
* Identifying opportunities for and initiating continuous improvement projects
* Data inputting
* Providing timely, quality and accurate management information (weekly/monthly)
* General administration duties
* Supporting any other ad‑hoc administrative tasks
Key Experience and Qualifications
* Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel spreadsheets, especially word processing and spreadsheet skills
* Familiarity with WMS (warehouse management system)
* Customer‑service oriented
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure
