BAE Systems are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in procurement practices and play a key role in sourcing, supplier management, and procurement strategy deployment.

The Job
6. Lead the sourcing and contracting process for assigned category suppliers.
7. Proactively manage supplier performance, fostering strong relationships and a performance-driven culture.
8. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure procurement solutions align with business needs.
9. Use data analytics to assess supplier performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.
10. Identify and manage category risks, ensuring compliance with governance and assurance activities.
11. Support change and transformation projects as required.
12. Manage the day-to-day support for category queries, liaising with preferred suppliers
