Your role will involve coordinating and managing the pre-construction phase of projects, ensuring efficient and effective planning, scheduling, and coordination of activities. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive pre-construction plans that align with project objectives, timelines, and budget constraints. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop pre-construction plans and schedules for assigned projects. • Coordinate the preparation of project documentation, including scope of work, project schedules, resource plans, and budget estimates. • Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities to obtain permits, approvals, and relevant information for project planning and development. • Monitor and track project progress, milestones, and deliverables against established plans and schedules, identifying deviations and implementing corrective actions as necessary. • Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of pre-construction activities.
