Overview
We are Churchill Estates Management, recruiting for an exciting opportunity within our Property Transfer & Legal Administration team. This role supports the buying, selling and sub-letting of retirement apartments within the Churchill Estates portfolio and handles administration relating to property sales, transfers and rentals.
Responsibilities
* Deal with administration relating to property sales, transfers and rentals, including liaising with solicitors, internal stakeholders, homeowners and their families.
* Provide first-class customer service at all touchpoints and communicate with people at all levels using various methods.
* Support the legal administration team as IT, case management, and internal systems are developed to improve automation and workflows.
* Stay up to date with current and new legislation relevant to ARMA, AIRPM and RICS; participate in ongoing training.
* Work with the team to ensure timely and effective administration to support buying, selling and sub-letting of retirement properties.
Location and Hours
Location: Ringwood (office-based). Hours: 09:00-17:30 Monday to Thursday and 09:00-17:00 on Friday.
About You / Qualifications
* Organised with excellent communication and reading skills; attention to detail; able to work in a team and adapt to new tasks.
* Experience in legal administration or legal academia is advantageous; not essential.
* GCSE Level C/5 English and numeracy; proficiency with MS Office (including Excel) at an intermediate level; higher education legal background preferred but not essential.
