We are a successful, diverse and well-established events and media production company located in the beautiful surroundings of Abney Park, Cheadle. We specialise in the production of global events, live events, congresses and exhibitions, and creating exciting and innovative digital media within the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities
* Provide full administrative support to the project team.
* Participate in client briefing meetings and obtain costings from third parties.
* Produce site schedules and other project-related documentation.
* Develop strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
* Coordinate day-to-day event organisation and delivery with fast-paced, changing priorities.
Qualifications
* Background in a similar project support role within an events company or agency, ideally involving exhibition delivery.
* Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
* Experience with various project management software packages.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong coordination and organisation skills.
