Compliance Inspector
Our Compliance Inspector will be responsible for monitoring work carried out on Compco sites to ensure high quality standards.

What you’ll be doing:
* Conduct site inspections of completed sprinkler installations to verify compliance with applicable standards and project specifications
* Review commissioning records, test results, and O&M documentation for accuracy and completeness
* Identify and record non-conformances, producing clear and structured inspection reports
* Liaise with installation, commissioning, and project teams to ensure timely close-out of defects
* Carry out follow-up inspections where required to verify corrective actions
* Provide practical feedback to internal teams to support continuous improvement in installation quality
* Maintain accurate records of inspections, findings, and compliance status
What you’ll need:
* Previous experience working with fire sprinkler systems either in installation, supervision, commissioning, maintenance, or design.
* Knowledge of BS EN 12845, BS 9990, and/or LPC Rules
* Currently working or prepared to work towards achieving a formal BAFSA/LPCB qualification
* Ability to read and interpret drawings, schematics, and technical documentation
* Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to inspection and reporting
* Good communication skills and confidence working with site teams and engineers
* Full UK driving licence
This is role requires the successful candidate to be within commuting distance to our Worcester Office: Cleeve House, Malvern Road, Worcester, WR2 4YX.
