An outstanding new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered Care Home Manager to manage an exceptional care home based in the Boston, Lincolnshire area. You will be working for one of UKs leading health care providers.
The home specialises in providing nursing and residential care for service users with dementia, learning disabilities or sensory impairment.
To be considered for this position, you must be qualified as a Registered General Nurse with a current active NMC Pin or have experience in managing nursing homes.
As the Registered Home Manager, your key responsibilities include:
1. Effectively managing staff, providing guidance, ongoing supervision, recruiting new staff, and encouraging team development.
2. Working with the Area Manager to meet business objectives and CQC compliance, fostering good stakeholder relationships, and ensuring outstanding service and care levels.
3. Having full commercial control, working with the Customer Relations Team to maintain optimum occupancy through creative marketing strategies, and controlling costs over fees and staffing.
4. Using various systems to submit regular management reports on occupancy, fees, budgets, and staffing.
5. Collaborating with Hospitality and Maintenance teams to ensure high standards in food presentation, housekeeping, and care of residents' clothing and the building environment.
The preferred skills and experience include:
1. At least 3 years of experience as a Registered Home Manager with CQC.
2. Experience and knowledge of dementia care.
3. Proven track record in managing high-quality care and financial planning within a residential setting.
4. Experience in managing and motivating care teams.
5. Strong understanding of safeguarding, compliance, and care inspectorate standards.
The successful candidate will receive a salary of GBP50,000 to GBP55,000 per annum DOE, with a permanent full-time role on days. Benefits include:
