Were looking for someone who understands challenger brands, thrives in fast-paced environments, and isnt afraid to roll their sleeves up and make things happen. At the same time, youll bring the commercial rigour, structure, and brand-building expertise that often comes from larger FMCG businesses.

What youll be doing:
* Leading brand activity across Tesco and supporting launches into other major retailers
* Helping shape and execute the growth strategy for the brand
* Driving campaigns, launches, innovation, and brand development
* Working closely with commercial and retail partners to maximise opportunities
* Playing a key role in scaling the business as it grows
What were looking for:
* Brand Management experience within food, FMCG, or consumer goods
* Experience working with Tesco and ideally other major UK retailers
* A blend of challenger brand and larger FMCG/corporate experience
* Commercially minded, hands‑on, and comfortable operating with ambiguity
* Someone who loves building brands and wants real ownership
