Facilities Assistant - Immediate Start.
Location: Watford
Pay: £13.50 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Job Type: Temporary (with potential for ongoing work)
We are currently seeking a reliable and physically fit General Operative to join a busy and hands-on team based in Watford.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely lift and move heavy items, including large TV screens, furniture, tables, and coffee machines
Dismantle and remove equipment, such as unscrewing and detaching TV brackets and screens from walls
Load and unload vans, ensuring items are stacked securely and efficiently for transport
Follow health and safety procedures at all times while maintaining a clean and organised workspace
Requirements:
Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting
Confident using basic tools (e.g. screwdrivers, drills)
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
Good teamwork and communication skills
Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
