12-month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) £60,000 per annum benefits Hybrid working – 3 days a week on-site in London A leading UK non-profit organisation is looking for an experienced Oracle Business Analyst with a strong background in Finance modules to support the optimisation and continuous improvement of their Oracle Cloud ERP system. This is a post-implementation role, ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, collaborating with Finance teams, and driving meaningful change through enterprise technology. Key Responsibilities Act as the bridge between Finance stakeholders and technical teams across Oracle ERP Cloud (Finance modules). Support and enhance modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Procurement. Gather and document business requirements, focusing on process improvements and functional enhancements. Investigate and resolve issues raised by users, including defect analysis and coordination of fixes. Participate in and support UAT, quarterly Oracle patch testing, and impact assessments. Work with internal teams and external vendors to prioritise change requests and manage service tickets. Help develop user documentation, process maps, and training guides. Essential Skills & Experience Demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst working on Oracle Cloud ERP, with a focus on Finance modules. Solid understanding of Oracle Financials Cloud, including GL, AP, AR, Assets, and related reporting tools. Experience supporting Oracle Cloud in a post-go-live environment – not just greenfield implementations. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable coordinating with suppliers and managing SRs through to resolution. Desirable Experience working in the charity or public sector. Exposure to Oracle Redwood UI or experience with Oracle’s quarterly release cycles. Familiarity with cross-functional integration between Finance and HCM.
