Job Purpose:
Workingwith teams across the business as one of our Managers you willensure we meet our sales targets and renewal targets and ensure aseamless exceptionalcustomer journey from start tofinish.
Leading a team of Leasing Associates youwill inspire and develop your team to deliver results throughmentoring coaching and creating a passionate candoenvironment.Strategic thinking and possessing the commercial acumen to spotmarket trends and opportunities is a must.
KeyAccountabilities:
To manage your sales team tocontribute to and understand the business plan at a fundamentallevel;
Build strong and enduring relationships bothinternally and externally and influence accordingly;
Givemarket and performance feedback make commercially astute businessrecommendations and have a handle of the progress and leasingstatus of theportfolio at all times;
Work hand in handwith our Resident team to ensure every new arrival (viewing tourand movein) has an exceptional experience;
Lead inspireand motivate your team to achieve success ensuring each team memberis developing to reach their potential;
Have an indepthknowledge of your apartment portfolio and availability devise andimplement strategies to ensure occupancy targets areachieved;
Be commercially proactive dynamically promoteand sell additional revenue generating services review rentsregularly and make business recommendations;Working closely withmarketing in regards to enquiries leads and customer correspondencebe proactive in maximising all leasing opportunities;
Bethe champion of our customers. Consistently look at ways we canimprove the customer experience and journey through customerfeedback;
Monitor performance and market trends settangible daily and weekly targets accordingly to achieve agreedbusiness goals;
Be a natural negotiator be able to buildrapport quickly and effectively and use sound judgement underpressure;
Be a natural empathiser quickly identifycustomer needs and be able to design customer focusedsolutions;
Be adept at spotting process improvementsquickly and implement those improvements. A champion of positivechange;
Ensure all reporting lease administration CRMsystems etc. are updated and managed effectively.
Ensurethe business and Leasing team are compliant with UK regulations atall times.
GeneralAccountabilities:
Undertake additional relevantduties which fall under the general scope of the role as directedby your Manager raising any issues with capacity so they canbeproperly managed.
Participate in the full year and halfyear Performance Development Review process as reviewer andreviewee meeting the standards and timescales required bytheCompany.
At all times ensure that yourunderstanding and skill level regarding the Companys IT systems areup to date as applicable to your role. Undertake IT trainingasrequired to ensure full and proper use of the availabletechnology.

Work within the Companys policiesand procedures governance framework and standards as detailed onthe Companys intranet.

Qualifications/Experience/Skills:
Passionatedynamic thorough and dedicated;
Possess a natural abilityto see the journey through the customers eyes;
Provenhistory in sales with demonstrable experience of increasingsales/revenue;Proven experience of team leadership/management anddriving performance;
A successful history of being aleader mentor and coach;
Able to identify analyse andimproving upon existing business processes;Excellent communicationskills.
