We are partnering with a high-growth fintech specialising in sophisticated working capital solutions to appoint an ambitious Analyst into its expanding Origination team.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a qualified accountant with post-qualification experience in Restructuring, Transaction Services, or Corporate Finance to join a dynamic, entrepreneurial business offering accelerated progression to Associate level and beyond.
The role provides broad exposure across both client origination and investment execution, working closely with senior stakeholders, investors, and management teams. Successful candidates will gain hands-on experience in financial modelling, transaction analysis, investor communications, and strategic decision-making within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare high-quality client presentations, marketing materials, and investor collateral
* Conduct detailed company, sector, and market analysis to support origination activity
* Build and maintain sophisticated working capital and transaction financial models
* Participate in client calls and meetings, producing clear and concise outputs
* Assist in the preparation of investor memoranda and investment committee papers
* Support Board reporting and strategic reporting packs
About You
* ACA / ACCA qualified with relevant post-qualification experience
* Background in Restructuring, Transaction Services, Corporate Finance, or a related advisory environment
* Commercially minded with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Highly driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving, client-focused environment
