Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Rochester for an Internal Technical Sales Person. The main responsibilities include providing technical assistance and support to customers, managing inquiries, preparing quotations, overseeing sales order processing, and maintaining client relationships. The role also involves delivering excellent customer service, collaborating with internal teams to understand product offerings, and supporting the training of clients and team members as needed to enhance product knowledge and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Proven skills in Technical Sales and Sales, with the ability to identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
* Strong Customer Service and Communication skills, with a focus on building and maintaining positive relationships.
* Capability to provide effective product Training and support to clients and colleagues.
* Proficiency in understanding technical product specifications and effectively communicating these to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.
* Familiarity with display technologies and relevant industry experience is a strong advantage.
* Competence in using CRM systems to manage customer interactions and sales processes.
