Join a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Dorset as a Conveyancing Paralegal. This role is based in our busy Residential Property team in Bournemouth, offering a supportive and professional environment with a strong local reputation and consistent workflow.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Provide key support to fee earners across a varied residential conveyancing caseload, assisting from instruction through to post-completion.
* Manage files under supervision, including preparing contracts and handling enquiries.
* Conduct searches, prepare SDLT submissions, and support post-completion matters.
* Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors.
* Maintain accurate file records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Previous experience as a Conveyancing Assistant or Paralegal within a residential property team.
* Strong understanding of the conveyancing process from start to finish.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Confident communicator with a client-focused approach.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
