About You

Qualifications
* As a Social Worker you must hold a professional Social Work qualification e.g. DIPSW, CQSW, CETSW, CSS or BA Social Work and ensure that registration with Social Work England is up to date.
* Minimum of 2 years post‑qualification practice experience or 1 year post‑qualification experience (ASYE completed) together with 3 years experience at a similar level in a non‑qualified role in a complex health and social care setting.
* Ability to enable and support the professional development of colleagues through supervision and mentoring.
* Working knowledge of social work theory and its application to practice.
* Organisational and administrative skills necessary for managing a more complex caseload.

Compensation
£39,152 to £42,839 a year, additional 15% Attraction and Retention Payment until March 2026.
