First Call TalentSolutions are looking to recruit a Business Development Manager forour clients nationally recognised FMCGorganisation.
Managing a large, Northern area,Ideally candidates will come from a FMCG background, with either asales or account managementexperience.
Candidate duties willinclude:
* Adding volume,value and margin targets for customersaccounts
* Customer specific plans across all newand existing clients
* Cross-sell products acrossall managed accounts
* Collaboration with SalesController to help deliver accurate monthly forecasts for demandplanning
* Direct feedback from customers torelevant departments within thecompany
Candidateexperience willinclude:
* Have a FMCGbackground and examples of working with customers to implementwinning brand and customer strategies
* Abilityto demonstrate strong selling, negotiation and problem solvingskills with a proven track record of growing customerbusiness
* Strong commercial acumen to developcustomer propositions
* Proficiency with wordprocessing and spreadsheet software
* Goodwritten and verbal communicationskills
Hours of work are Monday toFriday, 8.00am to 5.00pm, however an element of flexibility isneeded during peak periods.
Basic starting salaryis 40kpa, company car or car allowance options & companybenefits.
