As a Passenger Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and safety of passengers during their journey. Responsibilities
* Greet passengers warmly and assist them with boarding and disembarking from vehicles.
* Provide support to passengers with mobility issues, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the journey.
* Communicate clearly with passengers regarding schedules, routes, and any necessary information during their travel.
* Assist in managing luggage and personal belongings for passengers as required.
* Monitor passenger behaviour to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for all travellers.
* Collaborate with drivers and other team members to ensure smooth operations and address any passenger needs promptly.
* Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company policies while on duty.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in customer service is highly desirable, showcasing your ability to interact positively with diverse individuals.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effectively conveying information to passengers.
* A compassionate attitude towards assisting individuals with special needs or disabilities is crucial.
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism.
