We are thrilled to offer a rare and exciting opportunity to join our Retail Travel Sales team at our Dorchester branch (Dorchester Travel, 33 South Street, Dorchester, Dorset, DT1 1DD) This is a Full-Time position working 35 hours per week, Saturday work would also be a required on a rota basis. Reporting to the Branch Manager, your duties will include liaising with customers in branch and via telephone in regards to queries and bookings, meeting branch and individual sales targets, offering the customer a high level of customer care and adhering to service standards. Contributing to team’s discussions and presenting new ideas to improve sales, also to assist with arranging events and customer evenings and general office administration. As the successful candidate you will help generate sales of all Retail Travel products to our ever-growing list of clients, providing a specialised travel service that’s tailor made to customer requirements in line with our mission statement, and values.
