Job Title: Demand Generation Manager
Reporting to: Head of Marketing
Salary: Up to £65k basic with 20% performance bonus
Location: Hybrid – two days a week in London office (Tues & Thurs), based in Bath, UK

Our client is a high-growth, privately owned business operating in the B2B Software space within the Fintech segment. They are seeking a Demand Generation Manager to join their expanding Marketing team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to lead and develop lead generation strategies in a rapidly evolving B2B SaaS company expanding across Europe and the US.
Responsibilities:
* Plan, execute, and report on Demand Generation campaigns
* Build and optimise workflows and lead nurturing in HubSpot
* Analyse and optimise campaign performance
* Collaborate with content, design, and digital teams
Qualifications:
* At least 3 years of experience in a Demand Generation or performance marketing role, with a focus on pipeline creation and revenue impact
* Hands-on experience with HubSpot (workflows, segmentation, reporting)
* Background in B2B SaaS/Software/Tech Services industry, ideally with long sales cycles and complex buyer journeys
* Data-driven mindset with a focus on metrics like ROI, CAC, CPL, and pipeline contribution
* Located within commuting distance to London, with occasional travel to Ireland for meetings or industry events
